Depending on the matter, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Our lawyers and paralegals keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your case. The WORK IN PROGRESS - WIP -is available at any time. We provide a quotation before commencing work. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be over-billed for unproductive time.
Hourly lawyer rate is $200/plus GST.
Unlike other firms I don not charge for photocopying, faxes, and postage, and critically, I do not charge in 6 minute units- where you ring a lawyer speak to him for 1 min or 7 mins and get charged for 6 or 12 minutes !
