Overview
Pooja is a lawyer offering a strategic, outcome-driven approach, complemented by a considered and client-focused manner. While she has a strong interest in Family Law, her practice also extends to Migration Law, Contract Law, and conveyancing, enabling her to provide well-rounded legal support to a diverse client base. After more than a decade in the corporate sector, Pooja transitioned into law with a clear purpose—to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives when it matters most.
She has a particular interest in family law and migration matters, including matrimonial disputes, parenting arrangements, property settlements, spousal maintenance, and partner and child visa applications. These are often some of the most challenging and uncertain times for individuals and families, where the right guidance can make all the difference.
As a mother and a migrant herself, Pooja brings both personal insight and professional expertise to her work, allowing her to understand not just the legal complexities, but the human realities behind them. She approaches every matter with care, empathy, and perspective, recognising that each client and their family is navigating a deeply personal chapter of their life and deserves to feel heard, supported, and understood.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, with a strong understanding of Urdu, Pooja is well placed to support clients from diverse backgrounds with clarity and ease. She understands the importance of a client being able to express their concerns in a language they are comfortable with—and of being truly understood.
Pooja works closely with her clients to achieve practical, well-considered outcomes. In family law matters, her focus is on reducing conflict and guiding clients through periods of transition with sensitivity and care. In migration and commercial matters, she provides clear, strategic advice tailored to each client’s circumstances and objectives.
